Thank you for your great service!
I just wanted to pass along my sincere thanks for what a wonderful job your company has done for us. Kurt was the only tree service professional (out of three companies contacted) who immediately responded, examined our property, and left a *written* estimate. He also took twenty minutes to discuss with me what our biggest complaints about our trees were. We had five trees: one leaned toward the house; the rest were unhealthy, dropping limbs constantly and were a constant chore in terms of leaf cleanup and maintenance. We were also convinced that it was the fault of the trees that our front yard had no lawn to speak of, while our backyard was plush and vibrant.
Rather than just giving us an estimate for taking out our mature trees, Kurt discussed all our options with us. Instead of urging us toward what would likely have been a more dollar-motivated option of cutting down all of the trees, he encouraged us to trim and elevate the trees, fertilize them, remove the leaning tree and the unsafe limbs from the others, and generally work to make our trees more beautiful and healthy, and gave us some good advice for aerating and treating our lawn for grubworms (which might be the root cause of the problems, rather than "too much shade and lack of drainage," which had been our thoughts before).
He kept in touch throughout the entire process, informing me when one of his crew might be late, and both crews did a great job. There isn't so much as a twig left on the ground to show that they were working here today. The stump removal for the leaning tree. . . well, I can't even tell that there was a tree there, and the crew helpfully removed some of the visible roots from the lawn as well.
Everyone in the crew was polite, courteous, and efficient. I feel I got my money's worth, and have a lot more faith in your company than in the ones who were going to take two weeks to even give me an estimate. . .or who refused to leave me a written estimate when I expressly requested one.

Thank you so much for a job well done! Ward and I really spent a very enjoyable day watching your team of guys work. It was like watching a dance troop choreographed to the humming of chain saws. While one was climbing and sawing in the top of the tree, the support crew was mulching and making logs and then they all just waltzed right over to the next tree, while the stump grinder moved in to do his number. I tell you it was beautiful to watch! This smooth and efficient teamwork turned what should have been a 2-day job into one and everyone seemed to enjoy what they were doing. A great bunch of guys doing a great job! Please extend my thanks to everyone.
